In an interview, with Bishop Tony Neelankavil, Auxiliary Bishop of Trichur, India, in January 2023,  . Bishop Tony is  the  Chairman,  Commission for Doctrine of the Kerala Catholic Bishops’ Council (KCBC). Sr Natalie   presented a paper at the International Symposium on Synodal Church at Pastoral Animation Research and Outreach Centre in Trichur on the praxis of Synodality in the local Church.
